Mental Health Awareness

Hello Chums,

I wanted to write a quick post, nothing too detailed, sharing links and information about resources which I have found helpful. If someone broke their leg, or had a hormonal issue in another body part, we them as ill, but there is a huge stigma about if its mental and in the brain. This should not be the case. I watched comic relief where suicide was touched on a few times and that has inspired this post.
